This week our Engineers passed their IPAF Exams for type 3a and 3b MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform' ). The Exams were taken with HSS Training, which will allow our engineers to use these MEWPs until the year 2021.
Many of our Security installations require MEWP to gain access to high areas to run cables and install equipment, this can be internally and externally.
A big part of the HSS training was covering H&S on site and with the use of MEWP.
Our Engineers use full arrest harnesses and full PPE.
